Code of Conduct

Our Employee Code of Conduct company policy outlines our expectations regarding employees' behavior towards their colleagues and overall organization. We promote freedom of expression and open communication. But we expect all employees to follow our code of conduct. Points are as follows : -

Should Avoid - Offending, Participating In Serious Disputes and Disruption Any Workplace.

Should Report - If someone, be it customer, colleague or stakeholder, is offensive, demeaning or threatening toward you or someone you know, report them immediately to your manager. You report rudeness and dismissiveness if they become excessive or frequent.
