Data Protection Policy

Our Company Data Protection Policy refers to our commitment to treat information of employees, customers, stakeholders with the utmost care and confidentiality. With this policy, we ensure that we gather, store and handle data fairly, transparently and with respect towards individual rights.

Should be in Formal Dress During Working Hours. If found breach, then penality would be there.

E-mail Or Surfing

  • Our employees represent our company whenever they use their corporate email address. They must not:
  • Sign up for illegal, unreliable, disreputable or suspect websites and services. Send unauthorized marketing content or solicitation emails. Send insulting or discriminatory messages and content. Intentionally spam other people's emails, including their coworkers.
  • TMPL has the right to monitor and archive corporate emails.

Sexual Harrasment

We won't tolerate sexual harassment in our workplace in any shape or form. Our culture is based on mutual respect and collaboration. Sexual harassment is a serious violation of those principles.

Third Party Harrasment

Our third party harassment policy aims to address employee harassment coming from people outside of our company. We won't tolerate this kind of behaviour.

Improper payments

Do not give any bribe to any one for any reason.

Conflicts of Interest

You must disclose any conflicting interest or any relative having any relation with parent company. Disclose the interest immediately to us or ECO of parent company.

Business Gifts

No gifts to any one either in cash or kind. No give or take of any money or financial dealing with employees.

Antitrust

Disclose to us if you are working for competitor too. Do not use any information, material product to give service to competitor.

Falsification of Documents

Falsifying of documents means altering, changing, adding, deleting, back dating, modifying, taking & writing on blank bills and submitting the documents for the purpose of deceiving another person or company.
Remember every documents is scrutinized. Do not indulge into any kind of falsified documents.
